About Us
Dark's 3D Design and Printing is a small scale, home run 3D printing service. We offer high quality prints in a range of colours to meet your needs. It all started for us when a few of the bits of plastic that held up our kitchen lights broke and we couldn't find any replacements. Instead of buying new lights, we decided to model and print a replacement part for the light which did the same job but was stronger and more durable. After completing this project we decided to list this project on eBay and help others, like you, to find replacement parts to save them from buying new lights. Since then we have added more projects to our catalogue and are happy to make other custom parts for you. The goal is to keep products out of landfill by producing replacement parts for them. Our Sustainability Goals
We want to build a more sustainable future. Our products give new life to broken lights and fittings that would otherwise end up in landfill sites. We produce our products using eco-friendly cornstarch based plastics, instead of traditional oil based ones. As well as this, we use as much recycled and sustainable packaging as possible, without compromising for the protection of our deliveries. We hope that we can make a small difference towards making the world a better and more sustainable place.
